JEN & TOM LOUCKS: All About Us! 
We want you to know who we are, why we live and work in Marin County, and what we bring to the table to realize your real estate goals.
Working as a team, our broad experience provides the highest level of professionalism and knowledge. Today’s real estate market is complex and difficult and your strategies depend on in-depth local knowledge and insight into the latest trends. We moved to San Francisco and then on to Marin over 30 years ago from the cold winters of Michigan and haven’t looked back since. All those years in various towns in Marin have built up a unique storehouse of local knowledge.
Jen focuses on residential real estate, short sales and REOs, and on facilitating lifestyle changes and relocation. She has a JD degree from Golden Gate University and 30 years of corporate experience in senior management positions with Kaiser Permanente, Crown Zellerbach and Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company. Her work in these challenging positions prepared her well for the world of real estate.
Tom works with residential properties of all sizes, and has also sold income property and many unique and unusual real estate investments. He is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience as a full-time Realtor. He has extensive experience in North Bay residential real estate and in commercial real estate in Marin and the greater Seattle area. Other areas of specialization include tax-free deferred exchanges and apartment buildings and complexes.
We were owners of Marin’s largest Prudential California Realty franchise with offices in San Anselmo, Fairfax and Woodacre and Jen as the Broker/Owner. We profitably sold the franchise in 2005. Under our personal management, Prudential California Realty closed over 700 real estate transactions, valued at over $350 million in less than 4 years.
On a more personal note, we live in Peacock Gap in East San Rafael and are active community members. You might have seen us with our dog Max at the dog park or at the jetty by Loch Lomond
. Tom is on the Board of the Peacock Gap HOA, and is Chair of the Medians Committee and a Committee member of the San Pedro Road Coalition. He checks out those medians regularly while walking Max. Check out the terrific website for the PGHOA

Jen is an active member of the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce and Treasurer of the Marin-Petaluma Convivium of Slow Food (go to this link for more information on Slow Food). She is a former President of the Board of Theatre Bay Area, a resource for theatre workers of all types. She has been on the Board of Directors of the Marin Community Clinics for several years and recently completed two years as Board Chair. Marin Community Clinics provides a broad range of healthcare services to uninsured and under-insured residents of Marin County at three Clinic locations in Greenbrae, San Rafael and Novato.
